A clinician who is passionate about helping her clients recognize their resilience and ability to succeed through difficult moments in their life. Sarah Westby brings a variety of experience in her role as a mental health professional. She has provided services in domestic violence shelters, foster care agencies, inpatient programs, and outpatient services. Sarah has received specialized training to treat women experiencing infertility, pregnancy, pregnancy loss and those entering the postpartum period. Sarah is a military spouse and mom who is familiar with the unique challenges that military families face. Sarah has experiences treating a variety of mental health diagnosis including Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, OCD, and PTSD. Sarah serves ages 6-65. Sarah utilizes CBT and DBT as well as play in her sessions. She enjoys using a strength-based approach to help individuals reach their goals.
